The customers of the mobile operator Lebara have to notice a major change. As the company explains in a press release, the switch to the Telefónica Deutschland network will begin in mid-May. The process is expected to be completed for all customers by June 30th.
To do this, the SIM card in the mobile phone must be replaced. These will be sent to users in the coming weeks upon notification. As a small bonus, users get double the data volume for one month for free.
Change at the mobile operator Lebara: numerous new tariff offers
During the conversion of the network, Lebara also renews its tariff offer. There will be a total of twelve new products under the “Hello” label. These replace the previous Leb Allnet and complement the tariffs. The new offers are simple prepaid rates, “Flex” contracts that can be canceled monthly or offers with a duration of 24 months.
At all rates, browsing speed increased from 18 to 25 megabits per second. In addition, all offers receive a flat rate per SMS. With this change, Lebara wants to streamline its offer and make it clearer.
