Immediately after Mir’s world title, Davide Brivio greeted Alpine in Formula 1. As team manager, the Italian was largely responsible for the successful development of the team structure.

After a year without a team manager, project leader Shinichi Sahara installed Livio Suppo for this season. His main job would be to extend Mir and Rins’ contracts. With the expected exit of Suzuki, the situation changes completely.

Everything seems to indicate that Mir will join Honda, taking over from Pol Espargaro. Rins’s future is less clear at this point.
