The whole industry looks down this street north of Berlin. The project is considered the first modernization of almost an entire shopping street in Germany. On the one hand, 200 meters were built from scratch, on the other 160 meters.

“It was a bold investment that sadly fell in the Corona period,” says Huth. “It made a lot of things difficult. Everything takes longer, it is more difficult to find tenants.” A project that will end up costing over 400 million euros.
